What data we collect

Velox collects the following data from your Shopify store:

• Product titles and descriptions
• Refund/return events (reason text, quantity, order ID)
• Shop domain and OAuth session tokens

What we do NOT collect

Velox does not collect, store, or process any personal customer data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information.

How we use your data

Product and return data is used exclusively to generate AI-powered description improvement suggestions. Return reason text is sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Session tokens are encrypted at rest.

Data deletion

When you uninstall Velox, your session data is deleted automatically via the app/uninstalled webhook. To request full data deletion, contact us at the email below.
